All our Fees are Fixed prior to engagement of services, so you always know what your costs will be.

Northcott Property uses a very dynamic and fair fee structure based on an upfront engagement fee and a success fee upon unconditional.

Residential Property up to $750,000
Fixed price Engagement and Success fees
(our standard full service package)

Commercial Property and Residential above $750,000
Engagement and Success fee upon discussion
(a fixed package price based on the requirments of the search)

Other Services:

Auction Attendance -              $550 (no additional success fee)
Research Property / Area -     $550 per property / area
Day rate for services -           $880 per day

Foreign Investors Package:

If you are not an Australian Citizen and want to invest in Australia, ask us about our Foreign Investors search and acquisition package which includes:
- Finance organisation
- Foreign Investment and Review Board applications
- Market overviews relevant to off shore investors
- Solicitor liaison
- Inspection management
- Rental Manager selection
