Scott Northcott – Principal Licensee
Scott loves property! Being involved in spec home developments on the Sunshine Coast, high rental return investment property sourcing in the U.S. and in the set up of two separate Real Estate organisations, has given Scott a great understanding of the Real Estate industry.
Now as the Principal Licensee and Director of Northcott Property, he is focussed on using his extensive business management, customer service and negotiation skills to service his clients better than anyone else can. “My goal is to have Northcott Property as the first name people think of when they want to buy property in South East Queensland. This can only be done by absolute dedication to the client, being a little different from everyone else and doing more than what is expected. Michael Doan – Client Systems and Administration
Michael has been involved with Northcott Property almost from the very beginning. He brings to the team many years of management experience in administration and quality assurance and is highly regarded for his abilities in developing client systems.
During a previous role as the head of Quality Assurance for one of the Sunshine Coast's leading firms, Michael was instrumental in the development of the entire business quality management system and is now looking after the client systems at Northcott Property.

David Northcott - Commercial and Hospitality Consultant
David consults with the team on commercial purchases specialising in the hospitality industry. David has many years of experience in management and running of successful pubs and venues both in Australia and overseas. He has become known for his ability to turn around the profits and knows the industry inside out.
If a client is looking for commercial hospitality property, then David is called on for his expertise and knowledge about the operations and management of hospitality based assets.
Louise Northcott - Design and building consultation
Louise comes from a building background and as such, brings much personal and family experience to the team. As the resident colour and design specialist, Louise looks after the look and feel of the New Homes we construct on behalf of our clients. Whilst this often overlooked by many investors, it becomes of total importance when you wish to sell. Many of our clients build and sell regularly through us and therefore, it is even more important to get it right first time. Louise brings that bit of emotion to a process that, for the rest of us, is solely a numbers game.
